From start to finish, Blackbelt Capital manages the entire deal. From identifying and underwriting, working with lenders and partners, managing the property, and offering to sell, we do all the work so you don't have to.
After you invest with Blackbelt Capital and an acquisition is made, you can expect monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting that is open and transparent so that you know where your investment stands. We are always here to talk about the investment. We also distribute cash flow on a quarterly basis and at all capital events. You're always in the know and should anticipate regular cash flow.
When the market is in a condition that provides the best returns from the investment, we sell. The profits from those events are split with each investor in their pro-rata share of the deal.
