Blackbelt Capital specializes in asset investment and property management of Class B and Class C garden-style apartments. We focus on 100 - 400 unit apartment communities and seek to reposition Class B and Class C value-add multifamily properties through exterior and interior renovations and expense reductions within the Texas market.
When looking at a potential community for acquisition, we look at markets that we believe will deliver strong results over a five-to-ten year hold period then sell to other investors or institutional investment funds. We are conservative in our business approach and very disciplined in executing a strong formula for success.

We utilize this experience and our wide network of industry partners to understand our markets, uncover off-market deals, implement conservative financial analysis, identify value enhancements, optimize cash flow and force value appreciation.
