Someone once said "For every head, there must be a bed." We believe in that statement and use it for our investments. We aim to provide the best quality apartment living community for our tenants so that they have a place to call home. Somewhere they can share their lives with their family, friends and neighbors. This is the first and biggest priority of our strategy.

Blackbelt Capital specializes in asset investment and property management of Class B and Class C garden-style apartments. We focus on 100 - 400 unit apartment communities and seek to reposition Class B and Class C value-add multifamily properties through exterior and interior renovations and expense reductions within the Texas market.

When looking at a potential community for acquisition, we look at markets that we believe will deliver strong results over a five-to-ten year hold period then sell to other investors or institutional investment funds. We are conservative in our business approach and very disciplined in executing a strong formula for success.

Blackbelt Capital has a breadth of knowledge in the commercial real estate development sector. We utilize this experience and our wide network of industry partners to understand our markets, uncover off-market deals, implement conservative financial analysis, identify value enhancements, optimize cash flow and force value appreciation.
